Delete Your Account

You can delete your BillChecker3000 account and all of your associated data at any time, directly in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

How to delete your account

1. Open the BillChecker3000 app.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes all data associated with it, including:

• Your sign-in identity (email / Apple / Google account link)
• Every bill, quote, and invoice you've scanned or entered
• All uploaded bill images
• Your scan history and any recorded outcomes
• Your subscription record and scan-credit balance

This action cannot be undone.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. From the History tab you can delete any individual scanned bill at any time — its record and stored image are removed immediately.

Data retention

We delete your personal data immediately upon request. We also automatically delete bill images for medical and legal categories right after analysis, regardless of deletion requests. We may retain anonymized, aggregated pricing benchmarks that are not linked to you and cannot be used to identify you, so the app's local price comparisons keep working for everyone.

If you can't access the app

Email support@billchecker.app from the email address on your account and we'll delete your account and associated data on your behalf.
